Ardmore Craig have been awarded a further design and sea-fastening contract for a cable lay chute for a forthcoming European wind farm project. The rapidly engineered solution, now in manufacture will be integrated onto an existing cable lay spread on its client vessel prior to immediate use offshore.
The latest contracts follow on the back on a previous cable lay spread which also included two large MBR chutes and assorted contracts for cable lay equipment.
