Continuing with its promise to re-invest profits in new technology, Ardmore Craig has started the year with further development of its modular reel and pipelay spread concepts whilst kicking off design work on a series of specialist subsea tools.
Commenting, Director Andrew Stevenson stated “We are often approached by clients to develop concepts to assist them in their ever increasingly difficult activities, our R+D projects are centred on addressing some of the key challenges they face with a view to developing solutions which solve such issues in a highly cost effective manner. We have always been focussed on developing solutions which are cost effective to both build and operate with the low oil price and surrounding economic climate making this all the more relevant in the current climate”.
